State, Local & Private Roads

There are 92.31 miles of township roads and 50.46 miles of state roads (listed below).

All state roads are maintained by Penn DOT and driveway permits can be obtained through Penn DOT by calling (717) 299-7621.  State roads are as follows:  Back Run Road, Cider Press Road, East Main Street, Elizabethtown Road, Hossler Road, Kinderhook Road, Lebanon Road, Longenecker Road, Meadow View Road (partial), Milton Grove Road, Mountain Road, Mount Joy Road, Mount Pleasant Road, Old Line Road, Old Harrisburg Pike, Pinch Road (partial), West High Street.

All township roads are maintained by Rapho Township and driveway permits can be obtained by applying at the Township Office, 971 N Colebrook Road.  Driveway permits for township roads takes approximately 3 to 5 working days.  Township roads are as follows:   Aaron's Lane, Alpha Court, Arrowhead Drive, Auction Road, Baker Road, Beechnut Drive, Breneman Road, Bricker Road, Bridge Valley Road, Buckwalter Road, Camp Road, Cloverleaf Road, Cold Spring Road, Colebrook Road, Cove Road, Daffodil Drive, Dogwood Circle, Donough Drive, Drager Road, Earhart Road, Eby Chiques Road, Echo Valley Road, Elm Tree Road, Emi Lane, Erisman Road, Esbenshade Road, Fairview Road, Farm Lane (future street), Field View Drive,  Garfield Road, Green Park Drive, Habecker Road, Hamaker Road, Hernley Road, Hilltop Road, Horn Road, Huber Drive, Iron Bridge Road, Johnson Mill Lane, Kendig Drive, Kilmer Road, Kulp Road, Lake View Drive, Lefever Road, Lilac Drive, Loop Road, Lyndelle Lane, Maple Drive, Marian Drive, Mastersonville Road, Meadow View Road (partial), Mill Road, Moyer Ridge Drive, Mount Hope Home Road, Newcomer Road, North Colebrook Road, North Chiques Road, North Strickler Road,  Oak Tree Road, Old Auction Road, Orchard Road, Pinch Road (partial), Pine Tree Drive, Pinkerton Road, Pleasant View Circle, Pleasant View Drive, Pleasure Road, Prospect Road, Red Rose Drive, Rife Run Road, Robin Drive, Rock Circle Drive, Rohrer Road,  Shelly Road, Shellyland Road, Shumaker Road, Siegrist Road, South Chiques Road, South Colebrook Road, South Strickler Road, Spangler Road, Strickler Road, Sunhill Road, Sunnyside Road, Valley Road, West Sun Hill Road, Weaver Road, Weeping Willow Drive, Willow Creek Drive, Willow Glen Drive, Wisgarver Road, Woodland Drive and Zink Road.

Private Roads in the Township include Autumn Leaf Drive, Blake Terrace, Bradley Drive, Chuck Drive, Connie Drive, Creighton Drive, Crystal Drive, Engle Lane, Erb's Woods, Lancaster Estates, Lehman Road, Mansion House Road, Mitch Drive, Mount Vernon Road, Oakwood Lane, Ridgewood Manor, Rolling Hills Pike and Sonora Lane.
