2010 Road Closings for Rapho Township.
All projects scheduled are to be finished for the time allotted, however weather conditions can extend completion dates.
Bridge Replacement/s
Newcomer Road Bridge will be closed for bridge replacement.
Intended start date has changed the bridge will be closed starting Monday,
June 21, 2010 and reopen approximately December 30, 2010.
Detour signs to be posted.
State Bridge Work
Elizabethtown Road Bridge over The Little Chickes Creek will be closed for construction. The intended start date is June 1, 2010 and to reopen approximately October 31, 2010. Detour signs will be posted.
2010 Road Work Scheduled
Rt. 772 & S. Colebrook Rd (Sporting Hill)
Intersection reconstruction is scheduled to begin Mid May 2010 and to be completed on or before Sept. 1, 2010. Turning lanes to be added on Rt. 772, install storm water system on Rt. 772 & storm water pipe to be replaced on Fairview Rd.
As the storm water pipe is replaced this will require Fairview Rd. to be closed until the storm water pipe is installed. Detour signs to be posted.
Repaving on S. Colebrook Rd. to Mill Rd. will also take place.
