RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPHO TOWNSHIP SETTING FORTH THE VARIOUS FEES AND RATES FOR THE YEAR 2013

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Rapho Township, that the following fees will be charged in the Year 2013.

ZONING AND BUILDING FEES
ZONING ORDINANCE (includes map)									$ 30.00
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN									$ 25.00
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE									$ 30.00
ZONING HEARING BOARD APPLICATION									$ 500.00
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION									$ 500.00
JOINT APPEALS BOARD (UCC APPEAL)									$ 500.00
REZONING APPLICATION that does not challenge the validity of the Zoning Ordinance or map									$ 750.00
REZONING APPLICATION that challenge the validity of the Zoning Ordinance or map									$1,000.00
BUILDING PERMIT							$3.00 per $1,000.00 (Cost to construct)
PERMIT FOR AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS							$1.00 per $1,000.00 (Cost to construct)
NON-COMMERCIAL KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK PERMIT									$ 25.00
COMMERCIAL TRUCK PARKING PERMIT									$ 25.00

				All others PRIVATE RESERVATION OF ALL SPORTS FIELDS PRIVATE RESERVATION OF ENTIRE PARK INCLUDING ALL SPORTS FIELDS AND BOTH SHAMROCK PAVILIONS (does not include concession stand)				$30.00 per game Rapho Twp. / Manheim Borough residents/Non Profit Organizations: $100.00per day. 		TOURNAMENT FEES (ADULT AND YOUTH)
		Reservation for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, schedule permitting
		Rental of one (1) field for tournament

				All others				$125.00 per weekend
		Rental of each additional field for tournament

		SILO SHADE AREA DAILY RENTAL RATES

		SMALL SHAMROCK PAVILION DAILY RENTAL RATE (does not include concession stand) LARGE SHAMROCK PAVILION DAILY RENTAL RATE				Rapho Twp. / Manheim Borough residents/Non Profit Organizations: $50.00 per day. 		CONCESSION STAND DAILY RENTAL RATE

		All others				$125.00/day
STRAY DOG FEES to be paid to Manheim Borough Police Department
		RECOVERY FEE				$60.00 per dog
		BOARDING FEE (Minimum $25.00)				$25.00/day

This resolution shall be effective January 7, 2013.
